Here’s what you’ll need for this stovetop potpourri:
Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- 1 large apple
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 inch knob of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp cloves
- 4 star anise
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Water

Slice the orange, apple, and ginger into ¼ inch rounds. No need to peel them, as the apple and orange peels will enhance the aroma.
